For every guest who activates their membership, €240 is credited to your account — Bagatelle adds it to your next salary.

Any Bagatelle team member can register with their work email address — any domain. During sign-up you select the location you work at, your account is recognized as a Bagatelle staff member, and you gain access to the referral programme.

€240 flat per confirmed member — a one-time commission for each guest who activates their membership using your code, regardless of whether they choose the monthly or annual plan.

Commissions enter a 30-day hold period after the member activates, which protects against early cancellations. Once the hold clears, Bagatelle adds your accrued commissions to your next salary — we do not process payouts directly.

A permanent 20% discount on their membership. Instead of €300/month they pay €240, or €2,400/year instead of €3,000. This makes your code genuinely valuable to share.

Yes. Your staff dashboard shows active referrals, pending sign-ups, monthly and lifetime earnings, plus a leaderboard so you can see how you rank among colleagues.

No — referral codes only work for new sign-ups. If a guest already has an active membership, they cannot apply a referral code retroactively.
