Staff FAQ

Anyone with a @bagatelle.com email address can register. Your account is automatically recognized as a Bagatelle staff member and you gain access to the referral programme.

€300 flat per confirmed member — a one-time commission for each guest who activates their membership using your code, regardless of whether they choose the monthly or annual plan.

Commissions enter a 30-day hold period after the member activates. Once the hold clears, your commission becomes eligible for payout via your chosen method (bank transfer or PayPal).

A permanent 20% discount on their membership. Instead of €300/month they pay €240, or €2,400/year instead of €3,000. This makes your code genuinely valuable to share.

Yes. Your staff dashboard shows active referrals, pending sign-ups, monthly and lifetime earnings, plus a leaderboard so you can see how you rank among colleagues.

You can choose between bank transfer (IBAN) and PayPal during your onboarding setup. You can update your payout preference at any time from your dashboard.

No — referral codes only work for new sign-ups. If a guest already has an active membership, they cannot apply a referral code retroactively.
